Destiny Direct Primary Care’s 16-week Metabolic Repair Program is designed to help you take back control of your health by adopting habits to repair the metabolic dysfunction at the root of such health conditions as:

We accomplish this by teaching you what to eat (and when), how to manage stress and sleep better, and how much exercise you really need (hint: it’s not as much as you may think). We start with a comprehensive physical exam, including a full battery of labs to assess your overall health. Then we meet with you weekly in a group with other participants to assess your progress and troubleshoot any struggles you may be having.
Every other weekend we’ll meet with local experts for a mini-workshop on subjects like meal planning and preparation, stress management, mindfulness, exercise physiology, and other healthful habits. Halfway through the program, and again at the end, we’ll repeat some of the labs you had done at the beginning to see how your metabolism is responding to the changes you’re making.
Our emphasis is on your health and fixing your metabolism, but chances are you’ll lose significant weight along the way. Bonus! This 16-week intensive program starts with a comprehensive physical exam, including a full panel of labs, to ensure we know exactly where your health stands as you begin your metabolic transformation.
Your choice of one of the following books: “The Obesity Code” or “The Diabetes Code” by Dr. Jason Fung.
16 weekly group visits, where your vitals will be taken, along with weight and waist circumference, giving us multiple ways to track your progress. These visits provide the support needed to boost your success, as well as an opportunity to ask Dr. Meyer any questions you may have.
8 two-hour mini-workshops, led by experts from the community. Four workshops will center on meal planning and preparation. The other four will focus on healthy lifestyle habits that contribute heavily to your metabolic wellness.
Repeat the lab test halfway through and at the end of the program to quantify your progress.
Opportunities to purchase (at my discounted prices) other tools you may find useful in implementing and tracking your response to the lifestyle changes you learn in the program.
